Adams, Jr. as a first-of-its kind in Switzerland as a co-working and cost-sharing hub primarily designed for counsel or arbitrators in international dispute-resolution and related disciplines, with 14 individually electronically-badged offices to ensure complete confidentiality and autonomy, and spacious, elegant common areas including a large Hearing Room, a Conference Room, Breakout Rooms and a Library. Door Tenancy at Five Diamonds Arbitration is available on a yearly basis, with free access to all Common Areas upon advance scheduling, and the Common Areas are available for Hearings to the international arbitration community at large, at a cost very much below that charged by typical Geneva hotel venues.
